Introducing Mindfulness Now

From April 2019, Alison will be starting eight-session introductory courses in mindfulness. The courses will cover formal and informal meditation, to help reduce stress and pain, improve sleep, and increase resilience, creativity, clarity and focus.

The course will be small groups (maximum 5 people), taught in English, Tuesdays only. One group 10-11am, the second at 7-8pm.
